作者简介

金永明,1966年9月出生,浙江绍兴人,法学博士,理论经济学博士后。现为上海社会科学院法学研究所研究员,上海社会科学院中国海洋战略研究中心主任、日本研究中心常务副主任,上海社会科学院创新工程特色人才。国家社会科学基金重大研究专项《维护钓鱼岛主权研究》(18VFH010)首席专家。

    现任中国海洋发展研究会海洋法治专业委员会副主任委员、秘书长;中国太平洋学会学术研究工作委员会委员、特约研究员;中国海洋发展研究中心海洋战略研究室主任、研究员;日本中华学会常务理事。

    上海市日本学会副会长,上海国际战略问题研究会副会长,上海市法学会海洋法治研究会常务副会长等职。

    在海洋法领域发表论文80余篇、文章百余篇,出版学术专著9部,主持承担海洋问题研究项目十余项,8篇专报获中央政治局常委批示。

内容介绍

《海洋问题时评》(第二辑)中文版由中央编译出版社2018年10月出版,社会反响良好。此次拟出版的《海洋问题时评》(第二辑)的英文版,其内容与中文版一致,收录了作者从2014年至2016年间发表在《人民日报》、《中国日报》、《上海法学研究》、《世界知识》、《中国社会科学报》、《东方早报》等报刊内有关海洋问题精选文章的集成。主要从海洋法的视角,结合海洋问题的情势,深入浅出地研究了我国面临的多个重大海洋问题,尤其是东海问题和南海问题。

全书分为“南海安全环境”、“南海仲裁案评析”、“日本研究与中日关系”、“中国海洋政策分析”四个部分。作为时评性的文章,读者也可从中窥得中国海洋问题尤其是东海、南海问题演变的过程。具有比较强的可读性。
