耿玉芳，玉林师范学院外国语学院英语系主任，毕业于泰国黎府皇家大学教育管理专业，博士，主要从事英语教育教学，教育管理等领域的研究，近年来参与完成广西哲学社会科学规划项目两项，广西高校中青年教师科研基础能力提升项目一项，发表论文十余篇，参编教材一部。
